The  Mastiff 5021 chain lock is featured, here is what they had to say.

OnGuard featured in the May issue of Maxim

Several locks were tested and the OnGuard 5001 Brute STD was deemed the ?winner? in the Maxim Magazine Torture Test, ?The Great Lock-Off?.

Locks were subjected to a number of attacks that started with commonly used bolt cutters and hack saws, escalating to an angle grinder.
